The Art of Humor Therapy

🎭 The Art of Humor: Laugh Now, Comprehend Later

They say laughter is the best medicine.
That’s why I overdosed—
Now I suffer from:
✔️ Sudden joy
✔️ Spontaneous giggles
✔️ An uncontrollable urge to make bad situations hilarious

Humor is an art:
🎨 You sketch your pain
🖌️ Shade it with sarcasm
🧽 And erase your ego

Some people do yoga to release tension.
I just tell them how I got married in 5 days and still don’t know how 😅

Yes, I’ve cried.
Then I learned—if you cry with a punchline,
People laugh… and hug you.

If you ask me, humor isn’t just entertainment.
It’s emotional judo.
It flips sadness on its back and whispers:
“Now who’s laughing?”

So here’s to every smartass, misfit, and overthinker who turned their trauma into a comedy special.
We’re not broken—
We’re edited for comedic timing.
